The Claddagh ring is so familiar as an Irish Symbol that many people just call it "The Irish Ring".
While it was originally designed as a wedding ring, in the more than 400 years since then, the meaning has evolved and there are now 4 different ways to wear your claddagh ring!

Single: Wear the ring on your right hand with the heart facing outwards.

Relationship: Wear it on your right hand with the heart pointed inwards.

Engaged: Wear it on your left hand with the heart pointing outwards.

Married: Wear it on your left hand with the heart facing inward.

As you may know, the word Claddagh is not pronounced as it sounds - say "Cla-da" to sound like you are from "the old sod".

Design features of this Claddagh Ring are:

  • Made from 316 L Stainless steel
  • Available in sizes 6 to 15
  • Approx. 1/2" tall from tip of heart to tip of crown
