Where Can I Make Returns or Make Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made in our store, or by mail. Please call us, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Returning by Mail
Returned items should be sent via trackable regular US Mail.
Please Note: We do not accept CODs.
Who Pays for a Return?
It depends. If you order an elephant and we send you a ping-pong table, or some other way in which we are in error, then we will pay for the return. If you order an item, and you wish to return it because you do not like the color, or some other such circumstance, then you pay for returning the item. Fair enough? If you are not sure, then call us first at (717) 288-7117, and we can arrange the best means to return the item.
Credits
When making a return, if you wish us to credit your PayPal account or purchasing Credit Card, that will be done within 24 hours of us physically receiving your return package. If you return an item in person, we can credit you 'while you wait'.
