This symbol is usually called the Trinity Knot but is also known as the Triquetra. It was designed by a pagan Celtic people who believed the number 3 held special significance, as so many important things came in threes.

Some examples of this are Earth, Sea, Sky; Past, Present, Future; or as a symbol for the Mother Goddess – The Maiden, The Mother and The Crone (Wise Old Woman). The circle through the Trinity Knot can symbolize the harmony or unification between them. The circle can also represent Eternity, Forevermore or whatever word you choose to use. The symbolism of 3 in 1 fitted perfectly with the Christian Triune God and so the modern Christian interpretation has come to be The Blessed Trinity – The Father, The Son & the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost).

This lovely stainless steel pendant is approx. 1" at it's widest point. It hangs at a nice length from a 20" stainless steel curb chain. Stainless Steel does not tarnish and only needs a quick wipe with a soft cloth to restore that brilliant shine.

Design elements of this pendant are:

  • Stainless Steel Eternity Trinity
  • Stainless Steel Chain
  • Approx. 1" x 1"
