Plated zip wool cardigan with insert side pockets. The Plating is a knitting style created by combining two colors together giving a 3D effect on the pattern.
Making the traditional Aran trellis stitch which features on the front and back of the cardigan and the honeycomb stitch along the sides of the cardigan stand out. The trellis pattern continues along the collar. The wool cardigan also features the Celtic knot trinity symbol on the pull.

Dating to to about 600 AD, we photographed this Ogham stone in Kilmalkedar Church, on the Dingle peninsular, in Co. Kerry. on our last trip to Ireland. The ogham carving reads "ẠṆM MẠỊLE-INBIR/ MACI BROCANN" - "Name of Máel-Inbher son of Broccán"
