 Scottish Festival in Quarryville on SaturdayA CháirdeDid you know that there is a Scottish Festival happening this weekend right on our doorstep? Join us in Quarryville on Saturday for the 8th Annual Covenanter Scottish Festival!Saturday, September 11th - 9:00am to 5:00pm. There is an awesome Musical Entertainment lineup including Seán Heely Celtic Trio, Charlie Zahm & Tad Marks and the Washington Memorial Pipe Band. Apart from all the musical entertainment there are numerous other events to enjoy such as Pipers galore both performing and competing, Highland Games, Highland Dance Competitions, Sheep Herding Demonstration and some very interesting presentations such as a Fiddle Workshop, Highland Broadsword demonstration and an Address to a Haggis Ceremony! |
